Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging the services described on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or commission work.

Services include 3D modeling, architectural visualization, animation and rendering. Each engagement is defined by a separate written proposal that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.

A proposal becomes a binding order once both parties confirm it in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received. Any change in scope is handled through a written change request and may affect fees and timelines.

Fees are stated in the proposal in euros (€) unless agreed otherwise. A deposit (typically 40% of the total) is required to start production. Final payment is due upon delivery and prior to release of source files where applicable. Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges.

Upon full payment, you receive the usage rights to the final deliverables as defined in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, source files and working files remain the property of Ionut-Marius Chivu. The right to display the work in this portfolio and personal channels is retained.

You agree to provide briefs, references, feedback and any required materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend deadlines.

The number of revision rounds is defined in the proposal. Additional revisions outside agreed scope are billed at an hourly rate.

Confidential materials shared during a project are treated as such and not disclosed to third parties without consent. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed when required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of residence of Ionut-Marius Chivu unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you engage services applies to that engagement.
