Delivery Policy

This page outlines how, when and in what format final files are delivered.

Last updated: June 2026

Nature of delivery

All deliverables are digital. No physical goods are shipped. Final files are delivered electronically through a secure download link sent to the email address provided by the client.

Delivery timelines

Timelines are agreed in the project proposal and depend on scope, complexity and the timely provision of materials and feedback by the client. Most projects are delivered within 1–4 weeks from the start of production.

Delivery formats

Standard deliverables include high-resolution still renders (JPEG/PNG/TIFF), video files (MP4/MOV) and 3D model files (FBX/OBJ/GLB/USD or engine-specific formats). Specific formats are agreed in the proposal.

Source files

Source files (such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance projects) are not included by default. They can be provided upon request, usually for an additional fee, and are released after final payment.

Acceptance

Deliverables are considered accepted if no written feedback is received within 7 days of delivery. Any defects raised within that period are corrected within the agreed scope at no additional cost.

Failed delivery

If you do not receive the delivery link, please contact me as soon as possible and a new link will be issued.
